Theresa has been a personal trainer specializing in mind/body/spirit enhancement for over 25 years. She has her Masters Degree in Physical Education and holds a fifth degree black belt in Bujitsu from the American BudoKan. She is a certified Yoga and Qigong/Tai Chi teacher and Yin Yoga instructor. She is committed to teaching movement that can alleviate pain and improve strengthening rather than hoping it gets better with exercise. She is certified in Hand and Foot Reflexology, so she has specific pain relief methods for hands and feet that will also help the spine. She also offers energy therapy to address the mental and spiritual element of healing.

You will practice good-feeling movement that also relieves pain in back, shoulders, neck, hips, and knees. A single session can improve mood, balance, breathwork, and total-body strength and flexibility.

As a private instructor and wellness coach, she will assess your needs and work on the most important areas first. You will always feel immediate relief of some symptoms and a greater understanding of movement that can reduce discomfort. Serious physical impediments may take longer to create a new, better-feeling normal.

Charges for sessions are $125 per hour, with additional time charged in 15-minute increments. Price breaks are applied with multiple sessions per week. You are not just getting exercise or a single session of pain relief; your brain and body are learning new movement patterns and muscles that are firing inefficiently will be resetting themselves. The training is enjoyable and uplifting, and tailored to your needs and abilities.
